How We Install
Garage Epoxy in the GTA

Surface Preparation

Diamond grinding removes all contamination, opens the concrete pores, and creates the mechanical profile required for a chemical bond. This step is what separates a lasting job from a peeling failure.

Epoxy Base Coat

100% solids epoxy primer is applied and penetrates the prepared concrete, creating a permanent chemical bond. Any cracks or joints are filled and reinforced at this stage.

Broadcast & Build

Decorative flakes or colour chips are broadcast into the wet epoxy. For solid colour systems a second epoxy build coat is applied for additional thickness and durability.

Polyaspartic Topcoat

A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals the system, prevents yellowing, and provides the scratch and abrasion resistance that makes our floors last for decades — not years.
